Classes are structured and challenging which is good. My experience with the staff at Club Pilates has been excellent. However, I would like to speak on an experience with other students. As my class ended a caucasian woman tells another caucasian woman coming in the door that “the instructor is black”. The lady walking into the door says “o no”. That was the most uncomfortable situation for me as a black woman. I didn’t want to make a scene but I am extremely hurt. Okay so I've been coming here for almost a year so I feel like I can do an honest review. I'll start with the good news first. I have real abs now for the first time! It's a great workout to build your core and the instructors are very patient and knowledgeable. Bad news is that besides the already expensive pricing their cancellation policy is insane. You have to cancel a class 12 hours in advance in order to not be charged. I take classes at 6am so there's no way I know before 6pm the prior day if something may come up that requires me to cancel. So paying over $200 a month plus all these $10/$15 dollars charges whenever you may have to miss makes the pricing outlandish...read full review

Truly what my older, out of shape body needed after the “Covid Couch Potato” years. I was hooked after one class! As a beginner, I felt very welcomed and comfortable with instructors and members. Everyone has been so helpful and encouraging. If I can do it - anyone can.
