House of Skye has the best yoga classes I’ve taken in ~20 years of intermittent practice all around the country. Within two classes, Adelaide helped correct pose misalignments nobody had ever pointed out to me, and she was 100% correct— I feel better and stronger than I have in ages.Incredible value, too— you’re paying the same price for private or semi-private, 1-4 people classes, vs. studios where there might be 10-20 other people!

I've been doing pilates at House of Skye three times a week for almost three months. When I found her studio, I was just looking for a way to add some strength training into my health routine. Working with Adelaide has become so much more than that for me.Because this is a small studio, I am almost always the only person in the class. I am able to tell her how my body is feeling, where I have pain or stiffness or weakness, and she knows exactly what I need to work on. I love, love, love practicing with Adelaide. Her classes mix up techniques and moves to keep it always interesting and challenging. A HUGE plus for me was finally finding a place in New Orleans with early morning classes, so I can get my workout in before going to Zoom work all day.
