Love HOTWORX like such a great atmosphere and I love the saunas there. So many different temp settings so I don't get too overheated. But the cycling and Pilates are rlly my favorite. So peaceful too. I high recommend all women join in the year 2024.
I have been working out at this gym for Over a year now. I can definitely see the benefits. I feel so much better after a good hot sweaty session. It's crucial to detox the body And boy does this place do the trick. I would highly recommend this gym for a Wonderful experience to supplement your yoga/hitt workouts if you're looking to lose weight and detox the body you Have definitely come to the right place on your journey.
