I dropped in for an Easter Sunday evening class because this was actually the only place that I could find open. I had been here once before and I remembered that the studio is really hot. Having said that, I found Gabriella's class to be extremely different than the same old rut that I felt stuck in. I work new muscles and learned new skills. It was definitely much appreciated! **Not for the beginner or faint of resolve**.

What an incredible studio. Gina was the instructor for my class and she is really amazing. I have been trying to find a place that I feel comfortable in and I found it. I would absolutely recommend this class with Gina. She is the best and I got threw it thanks to her. Don’t hesitate just go and try it.

I try never to miss Monday night Vinyasa with Kaitlyn. Just a phenomenal every single time. It's my favorite yoga class in the city.I am not a big fan of traditional Bikram as it's full lights, no music, the same poses each time, and there's lots of back bending involved, which isn't a fit for me due to various back injuries and surgery.Kaitlyn's Vinyasa class is different every time though, and perfect for rehabbing sore muscles from the week. The lighting is low and there is ambient colorful lighting and soothing music. I just love the atmosphere. I leave feeling absolutely physically spent (it's pretty challenging!) and emotionally renewed. No notes, five stars.
