“Yeah, apparently the secondary water pan got full of water because the first water pan’s drain got clogged, and the water check valve was triggered so they unclogged the drain and sucked up all the water in the pans. Also got around 1 pound of freon. Took about 30 minutes for them to come out here; and, maybe another 45 minutes to get the A/C working again. I was around 88 degrees in the house and it already is feeling so much cooler now. After this I asked them to sign me up for a yearly check.
