Been using Hayes through out the last 15-16 yrs at three different residences. Always comes same day and usually not long after I call. The problem has always been solved the 1st time. Reliable and dependable. Has never taken advantage of my lack of knowledge with heating and cooling units. Highly recommend!Service: HVAC system repair

Two years ago, Hayes replaced our unit for us. Their prices were the best by far. Install was quick and professional and we have had zero issues with the unit in that 2 years. Today our outside unit stopped turning on. I gave them a call and even though I was a work in appointment, they were in the area and stopped by on their way to next job. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. My house didn't even have time to get really hot. From the time I noticed the issue to the time it was fixed was less than 90 minutes. Recently, I noticed my a/c was not blowing cold air. Considering at 9am, it was already almost 90° outside, I called Jeremy Hayes to ask if he could come by when he had time to check on my problem. He was in Arnaudville at the time of my call. I live near Parks. I didn't expect him for a while. Before I could leave to run my errands, Jeremy was at my home to fix my issue. He repaired my a/c and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you for getting here so quickly and doing a great job!
