“About a week ago, Joseph came to fix a dramatic spatial disparency in air flow distribution from the cooling unit installed a week earlier by Tim's Southern Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. The flow from the attic plenum was greatly inhibited to the front 2/3 of my house resulting in ineffective cooling of the front. Joseph checked the system and took his time before starting to explain what he was going to do; basically adjust the baffles to increase flow distribution to the front while maintaining adequate flow to the rear. That was the only solution and it did dramatically improve cool air flow to the front. Joseph is very knowledge about the system installed and took his time to respond to my concerns. Thanks!“
