So glad to have finally found a company competent in diagnosing & repairing problems with a mini-split air-conditioner.Home office definitely has its act together with immediate texts, emails and billing. I was even sent a photo of the technicians before they arrived. Problem was resolved, price was reasonable, communication was important to them. Techs were courteous, personable & competent. Quick service!!!! The receptionist was polite and friendly and lined up a technician to service my AC unit and heater. I received a text when the technician was on the way to my house. The technicians were prompt , polite, and professional. Very pleased with their service. I will definitely be calling them again for my yearly maintenance service.
