“In mid-November, we were hosting a small, family only wedding in our backyard due to COVID. We had some family coming from out of town that were going to be staying in our upstairs guest bedrooms. Even though it was November, of course it happened to be 85-90 degrees outside, and as if we didn’t have enough things to worry about that weekend, our upstairs A/C stopped working and wouldn’t cool to less than 89 degrees. I’m trying not to be bridezilla here but was freaking out. Alex came over and quickly identified what the issue was, and our upstairs A/C was working and was down to 72 degrees within an hour. Mark took the time to stay on the phone with me and walk me through everything I needed to consider, he called me back to check on if his recommendations worked or not, and said he would be happy to come by and take a look at it if it still wasn’t working.
