The office staff was so kind and helpful to my stressed out wife and the technician was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable when I met with him. Though we did not decide to have the replacement scheduled due to the age of the home, we absolutely can't say enough about the quality of service provided. They did not charge a service call fee since no work was completed and in today's economy with so many people struggling that was so generous of them.“

“Huge thanks Timothy and Mike and Butcher Insulation!! The crew just finished some very hard work over 2 days to spray foam the attic. Timothy and Mike were AWESOME!!! - along with the rest of their crew… extremely hard working and great attention to detail. Even while working in super hot temps, they took time to answer any questions and took great care of the job.The entire Butcher Staff was excellent from start to finish - sales, supervisor and work crew. Even took extra time at the end to make sure all was clean and tidy.There is not a spot missed with the spray foam on the attic ceiling. Looks so good and no doubt will now allow the house to regulate temps much better AND will save a ton on the electrical bill. “In mid-November, we were hosting a small, family only wedding in our backyard due to COVID. We had some family coming from out of town that were going to be staying in our upstairs guest bedrooms. Even though it was November, of course it happened to be 85-90 degrees outside, and as if we didn’t have enough things to worry about that weekend, our upstairs A/C stopped working and wouldn’t cool to less than 89 degrees. I’m trying not to be bridezilla here but was freaking out. Alex came over and quickly identified what the issue was, and our upstairs A/C was working and was down to 72 degrees within an hour.
