“Robbie Hancock was my tech today. The B&D tech is a professional in every way. B&D sent him out within the first couple working hours of the week. He diagnosed the AC problem within minutes (capacitor), explained what went wrong and how. Explained what to do to prevent future issues. He climbed into my AC unit to CORRECTLY and thoroughly clean it from inside out (some companies clean them incorrectly from outside with just a 30 second quick chemical spray). He seemed a professional perfectionist, and left it running cooler than ever. Courteous, smart, efficient - B&D found a top-notch tech that they will be sure to hold on to. It's my second time using Blackburn and Davis HVAC for residential (first was to install a complete York AC unit), and both times went perfectly.
