Shane Gibson Plumbing made it to my doorstep before I could even get a call back from other plumbing companies. He advised me of exactly what was going on, and why it happened. He then only charged me for what was absolutely necessary to make the repairs, he was in and out like a flash. He was professional, courteous, respectful of my home leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I expected to pay 3X what my total bill ended up being.
