I texted Shane at 11pm on a Thursday night about a clogged toilet, and he was at my home and had fixed the issue by 11:45.

Shane just came out to replace a broken and leaky garbage disposal at my mother's condo. He worked within our schedule, did a great work, and did so quickly for a good price. He also gave her a good quote on replacing a toilet for her in the future. My mother also said he was a very polite and nice guy (I didn't actually meet him). We will definitely be calling Shane for any future plumbing needs.
