We had a noteable experience with this plumbing service and highly recommend them. Brandon arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and fixed it right, the first time. I was especially impressed that he wore protective shoe covers to keep my floors perfectly clean. It is rare to find that level of care, attention to detail, and respect for a customer's home. Everything about the service was top-notch from start to finish. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!
I can't begin to express our satisfaction with United Plumbing, specifically Nick and his assistant. Their response time was excellent. They arrived within the 3-hour window and arrived at the promised time. Once here, they were polite, professional, and got right to work, locating the issue quickly and keeping us informed along the way. I would definitely recommend United and will certainly call on them again for our plumbing needs. Note that our Homeserve warranty through Louisville Water Company took responsibility for our service call and repair so I am unable to comment on how the cost of services compares to others but I don't think you can put a price on quality...read full review
