They did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly and offered pointers if it tears up again.
They were respectful of my home, kept everything clean, and explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way. Just really down to earth guys they you can trust. Small local company that does not try to upsell you and you can just trust them on what they say.

Although the two Customer Service Representatives that I spoke with were helpful beyond measure, my plumbing was out of commission to the point that I couldn't use water in my home at all for four days. A service call had been submitted and accepted by Southern Plumbing and I was expecting Southern Plumbing to send a technician the same day. It wasn't until the day after the service call was submitted and accepted by Southern Plumbing that a technician was sent to my home. I was not able to use water in my home until the fourth day when Southern Plumbing finally sent someone to my home.
