Plumbers Supply Co and Showroom

I should say at the start, I've been a Plumbers Supply customer for as long as I can remember - my father was a pipefitter, and I spent hours at the old showroom and supply house on East Main as a kid, then later as a parts driver, and finally as a homeowner.

While roaming around frustrated at one of the big-box retailers one day, I remembered that Plumbers had opened a showroom on Bluegrass Parkway, near my old office. Im writing this for my father who doesnt use the internet and was at your store the other day. He went to multiple plumbing places trying to find a way to fix my sink. He told me almost all of them were little help until he went into plumbers supply. He said the young man with the beard took the time to sit with him and go over every option and problem my father had. He said he was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful to an old man who didn't have a clue. He said not only did he solve his problem but he felt like he made a friend. Cory and Mr. Zach were extremely helpful. I went up to the upfront desk and Mr. Zach helped me tremendously he pinpointed the part i needed and then proceeded to tell me the part I needed would take me some time. I looked up online and called the supplier of these parts and they confirmed it would take them a long time to warranty it. Mr. Cory assured me it would take half the time to get it delivered and sure enough he was right. I got it in 3 or 4 days. Im very grateful
