Junior is always a great technician to work with! He makes sure to thoroughly explain what has caused any issues that we have called 1Tom to our property for, and how we can avoid those problems in the future. He is diligent in making sure everything is fixed or any needed parts are ordered before he leaves.

Junior is the most knowledgeable, experienced, friendliest and kindest plumber. Junior took his time to explain the details of the job to be completed and had the patience to answer any questions I had. If needed he was able to break it down to my understanding since I am not a plumber and to fill better about what he was trying to fix in my house. I highly recommend Junior if you need a great Plumber.
