I broke a shower valve body clean off the pipes trying to swap a cartridge myself, which left the whole house without water. Brian quoted the standard $100 diagnostic fee up front, then waived it and gave me a ballpark over the phone once I told him I'd be working with him. He came the same afternoon and came in under the number he'd given me. He worked with me on the price, which I didn't have to ask for, and he pointed out I could cut the access hole myself to save labor.
New valve is in, new handle and escutcheon, inlets converted to PEX, everything mounted properly and serviceable from the front going forward.
We had a clogged drain and Brian came out and unclogged it, noticed the old pipes were not routed right so he came back the next day and fixed that. Very professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him.
