She was super nice and made sure my insurance was up to date.BUT, this was my first time at KY Eye Care and sadly this experience was sullied by the unnamed tech who took my prescription, got my info, and dilated me. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or else I would name drop, but she has blonde hair, glasses, and the WORST attitude I have ever come across. I have never been treated like less than a human being. She was rude and not personable at all. Maybe she was having a bad day (she was cussing when the computer was acting up), but still…like customer service is part of the gig, girl. I find this to be a big deal because she spends just as much time with the patient as the OD, and she did not represent KEC in a positive light. Thanks!“
