“I have had several pairs of glasses done here. Always good results. Had my first eye exam done here and thought the technology being used was first rate. Same instruments that are used at my retinal surgeons office. Thought the eye doc was great! Was shocked at the prices, though. Was given a $500 bill, assuming that included frames. Nope. Yikes!“

“The whole place is awesome from the time you walk in. The nice lady who gave me the eye tests was incredible and the DR took all is the time to explain everything to me. McEwan then walked me thru picking out the right glasses and making sure I had all of the options that were right for me. I will continue to use them for my eye care needs.“

It was the best glasses I ever used cuz it fit me more than perfectly.
I could not use it this year as my insurance is not in their network or viceversa.“

“I would like to first start off by saying that Dr. Hurt and Jamal in Optical are AMAZING! I felt really taken care of and both answered any question I had. Even talking with the scheduler on the phone was a pleasant experience! She was super nice and made sure my insurance was up to date.BUT, this was my first time at KY Eye Care and sadly this experience was sullied by the unnamed tech who took my prescription, got my info, and dilated me. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or else I would name drop, but she has blonde hair, glasses, and the WORST attitude I have ever come across. I have never been treated like less than a human being. She was rude and not personable at all. Maybe she was having a bad day (she was cussing when the computer was acting up), but still…like customer service is part of the gig, girl. I find this to be a big deal because she spends just as much time with the patient as the OD, and she did not represent KEC in a positive light. Thanks!“
