I recently had a delayed defect occur with my frames. After several attempts to get it repaired, none were successful and my doctor wasn't willing to replace it, since it was out of warranty. So, I reached out to Kenmark and spoke to Collin who was incredibly helpful. Since the situation was very unusual, he agreed to replace it and coordinated with my doctor to make it happen. Collin and Kenmark epitomize the concept of good customer service - something that is unfortunately lacking just about everywhere. Thanks again!
