It was the best glasses I ever used cuz it fit me more than perfectly.
I could not use it this year as my insurance is not in their network or viceversa.

Just received my “new” eyeglasses (I will be the forth generation make in my family wearing them) and could not be more pleased with this experience. The ordering process was simple and price was more than fair. Because of a delay in delivery to Lens Factory caused by USPS and a scheduled trip 16 days from the mailing, I contacted Emily in Customer Support and she was kind, reassuring, and as I requested placed a “super rush” status on my order! And lo and behold, I received my glasses 9 days from Ken’s Factory’s receipt of the glasses. They did a great job! Many thanks and look forward to my next experience !
