It’s been a month and they still can’t get my order correct. Terrible quality and terrible customer service. Updated from one star to four stars: After sending my glasses back twice, they finally fixed them for no additional charge. I am happy with my glasses.

The only lenses available to me from my obstetrician were polycarbonate or other plastic lenses. They say the weight of glass would be too much... The plastic scratched easy...HORRIBLE. Hated them. Obviously very cheap. No wonder they only offer plastic as it is way cheaper than glass and large profit margin.. Did some internet searches and found this company that will replace your lenses with real glass. It was a 2 month process but very worth it.. Script is perfect. Super clear vision through these lenses. Negligible weight difference. I will not buy plastic lens again as long as this company is around. Customer service was very nice to chat with as well. For many years I've enjoyed excellent workmanship, reasonable pricing and fast service for new lenses in my frames. But LensFactory *really* shines when things don't go quite right. Extremely fast and friendly remedy on any issues I've had. Highly recommended!
