I received a response from my review, so I reached out to the email they provided. I thought it would either be rhetoric or crickets... instead, I was pleasantly surprised! I corresponded with Lauren, who skillfully took my experience with Warby Parker from worst to first. I had a delightful interaction... one that I had anticipated from the start. This was my first time in a Warby Parker, and Tre delivered!! He was amazing. I never felt rushed and he was so attentive and thorough. He answered all my questions and took great care of me!!
My first time shopping experience with Warby Parker was everything I could imagine. Very welcoming, when I came into the store. Their customer service is superb, better than other retailers I have experienced. Speaking to the customer when they first walked in sold me. Bree helped me pick the right style that fit my face and color. Her expertise was very helpful. I will definitely be back to purchase more and tell family and friends to shop here.
