Very easy process. They will try to sell you on some things which I don’t care for but it’s their job and these glasses are very cheap so it’s just what it is. I’m going back here for my eye appointment because I came from visiiokworks and everything about that experience was horrible and this place is just so much better
I had an excellent experience at the Warby store in Oxmoor Center, Mall. I had already selected the frames that I thought that I needed and wanted and they were able to show me every single one. I was able to try on numerous ones everything was in stock. The checkout was extremely easy. Staff was so nice. Everything went very well would completely recommend.
I bought my 2nd pair of glasses from Warby Parker in Oxmoor Center today. The staff is helpful, efficient, and they answer all my questions thoroughly. I also like that I can get adjustments in the store to make sure my glasses fit perfectly to my specifications. A great experience!
