Kentucky eye care is a great eye care place. The staff is great and very helpful especially the front desk Mrs Janene goes far and beyond to help with checkin kiosk and extremely kind. I would like to thank you all for such wonderful service!
I would like to first start off by saying that Dr. Hurt and Jamal in Optical are AMAZING! I felt really taken care of and both answered any question I had. Even talking with the scheduler on the phone was a pleasant experience! She was super nice and made sure my insurance was up to date.BUT, this was my first time at KY Eye Care and sadly this experience was sullied by the unnamed tech who took my prescription, got my info, and dilated me. She didn’t bother to introduce herself or else I would name drop, but she has blonde hair, glasses, and the WORST attitude I have ever come across. Today I had my first appointment with Kentucky Eye Care. All the staff was amazing Dr Hurt did a very thorough examination and actually addressed all my concerns and advised me of the best treatment on how to correct my vision!
