I called about my son's contacts on Monday and asked if we need to set up an appointment for the fitting. They said I can just come in, no appointment needed.
Fast forward to Wednesday and I come in with him and they tell me he needs an appointment. They gave the generic sorry but it is what it is. Upset but I get it, I set the appointment for the next day at 4:30.
Got here early, sat and waited. Past the appointment time currently. What's the point of an appointment when you are going to keep waiting long past that??

I've been going to the Middletown location for years. I like the dr & staff but I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my new glasses & that wait time is a definite deal breaker
