I have been going here since I was a little girl and now I have my own child and it’s the same welcoming environment! What I love the most is the beautiful smiles and conversations I have with staff. Never made me feel uncomfortable or out of place. Thank you Staff Members!
My appointment was at 4:30 and I was a few minutes late. As soon as I signed in they took me back and did my eye exam. Once I found my frames Rachal helped me check out. I will not go anywhere else now.It was much better then Vison World. Very friendly staff. I was in and out in less than an hour.
Dr. Rabaut and VisionFirst-Middletown both do an extraordinary job of looking after my vision needs!!! Dr. Rabaut is very professional, knowledge and thorough in her exams. She is also extremely pleasant and compassionate. The associates who greet you and the ones who fit you for glasses are also extremely helpful and professional!!
