Been going here for over three years now. Always quick, efficient, and kind. Unfortunately, I am allergic to a lot of metals and my insurance doesn’t cover many glasses, so I order mine online. But even though I’m not purchasing glasses through Visionfirst, they are still amazing to me and my family!!
I switched to VisionFirst and I am so glad I did! I had the best experience I’ve ever had at the eye doctor on my first visit to the Poplar Level location. Alexx was beyond kind and friendly getting me started, then Dr. Minton was compassionate and made the exam a great experience. And Miranda was so fun and helpful with picking out glasses - she also had great taste in helping me pick the best frames! I left genuinely thinking I couldn’t believe how great of an experience one could have at the eye doctor! I would definitely recommend VisionFirst on Poplar Level!
I haven’t gone to the eye doctor in years. My experience was smooth, fun, and informative. Miranda specifically helped me feel welcome and helped me find glasses that complement not only me but my girlfriend. She spent a lot of time giving us honest opinions to find what worked best. As for the doctors, they were great too!!!
