I have been a long-time customer of VisionWorks/Outerloop, and was very displeased with my last visit with them. I visited America's Best Dixie location for the first time, and I was well pleased. The staff are professional and friendly, and walk you through the process.They have a large selection of eyewear and the prices are reasonable. I will return to this location for my future needs. From the young man taking care of insurance , the technician performing the eye exam, the dr. and the associate helping me with picking glasses, the overall experience was great! McEuom (?sp.) was especially helpful with picking and explaining my selections for glasses.
From day one, everyone was very nice and professional. Teresa was very helpful with picking out my glasses. McEwan help me get everything together I needed for my new glasses. Everyone was so friendly and I really enjoyed my experience. I will tell all my friends to check them out. American's Best in Valley Station.
