God bless this store and these people, I knew I had a warranty on my glasses but was still expecting to either put up a fight to use it or have to still pay (like the last place I went). I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t the case and the whole experience was super welcoming definitely gonna be back next year. Love you guys ?

I wanted to say what a nice experience I had today. I got new glasses, lenses, no line bifocals and transition lenses and an eye exam for less than 200. McQuen, picked out the perfect pair of frames. I tried a few others on, but the frames Mcquen picked were the best. I had a noon appt, got there about 1135, because I had questions, insurance, price, add ons, etc. By 1215 I was out of there. Eye exam, picked out frames, paid, and on my way.Geneva was very friendly and answered a lot of my questions.But McQuen, Mac que en, that's how you say her name was the best.Friendly, not trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Mcewan has phenomenal customer service. She was friendly, informative and helpful.Ms. Geneva was great too. My first time in 20 years where someone took the time to explain the purpose of all the exams.The doctor was good but not very personable. He knew what he was doing. He is about the business. Very efficient and thorough.
