The equipment is top notch, they have everything you need for powerlifting. From calibrated kilogram plates, to comp standard equipment you can’t get any better than this amazing gym. Five Thirteen is THE cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Every millimeter of that place is spotless. The owners are super friendly people and made me feel very welcome. Even if you’re not a powerlifter this is still a gym worth signing up for the equipment ranges from basic to niche with the amount of specialty bars they have. Plenty around to get accessory work in as well. I loved this place so much I was genuinely sad I had to leave. Hope to be back one day!“

With Patrick and Faith's guidance, I have been able to build up strength which has allowed me run in a more healthy manner and increase my distance. Then, when I started my IVF journey, Patrick adjusted my workouts to make sure my body was ready for the fertility procedures, which I believe led to IVF success. Once pregnant, Patrick adjusted my workouts again so after pregnancy, my pelvic floor was in a good place.

“The facility is very clean. People are friendly. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, encouraging. I really appreciate the 20 minute timeframe for the workout. Groups turnover in a timely manner so there’s no waiting. Results come quickly and last! I’m very happy with this facility.“
