“I had an unfortunate experience with your receptionist, Billie. When I called to inquire about cleaning services, she interrupted me and abruptly stated that this was a dentist's office. Her tone was quite harsh, which left me feeling dismissed. I believe she may have misunderstood my inquiry, possibly thinking I was asking about house cleaning.

I would suggest that she be reminded of the importance of listening to patients and responding with a more considerate tone, as effective communication is key in her role.
