I had an unfortunate experience with your receptionist, Billie. When I called to inquire about cleaning services, she interrupted me and abruptly stated that this was a dentist's office. Her tone was quite harsh, which left me feeling dismissed. I believe she may have misunderstood my inquiry, possibly thinking I was asking about house cleaning.
I would suggest that she be reminded of the importance of listening to patients and responding with a more considerate tone, as effective communication is key in her role.
I don't feel it is right to take away any stars over my 1 minute interaction. I just felt like you should know.
What an awesome dentist! So nice and professional! He kept checking on me throughout my procedure to make sure i was okay ,he was very gentle and let me know if something would feel uncomfortable before hand ,not to mention him and his staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed ..I'm very impressed with his work.I will highly recommend Dr.Messmer ...
This Dentist has been a blessing and has done a lot of work on my teeth over the last 3 years, Sunday evening one of my caps fell off and he got me in and fixed quickly ,this dentist has proven to me that dental procedures don't have to be painful,Also the staff is absolutely wonderful and the office is comfortable like hanging at a friend house, I truly am greatly for them all.
