Went in after having trouble having motivation to clean my teeth regularly. Was worried about going to dentists for fear of judgement. Did not get those vibes here, they were very nice, understanding and talked me through everything. Manager worked the floor as well instead of just sitting in a back office, which is always a good sign for me. There was a slight mess up with payment and they called me and got it rectified without being rude and were very polite. Going back soon and for the first time in my life I'm not worried about a dentist appointment 100% recommended to everyone in my life when they talk about needing a new dentist and sent a couple people here already...read full review

Absolutely excellent experience. From the moment I called till the time I left, which was all in the same day.I called as a new patient this morning and spoke to Lauren. Told her about the dental emergency I was having and to see if they were able to help. Lauren the whole time was super kind, patient and helpful to my situation. Due to the severity of my pain levels and discomfort she was able to schedule me for a emergency visit that day at 4pm. As I got there I went to the desk to check in and didn't even have to sit down in a waiting room, they took me right back. Due to past dental experiences and trauma I haven’t been to the dentist in years and no matter how much pain I was in I never went and I finally got the courage today and Dr. Ly really made me feel less anxious and better about being there. For once I’m actually excited to go to the dentist. Dentist of Eastgate has been phenomenal so far!
