“I’m not sure what the one star reviews are for because I have never had any issues receiving medication or having records sent. In fact, Spira Care has given me the most pleasant doctor experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a wait and the staff is always very pleasant. They were able to get me in the next day when I had an issue crop up. I also love their online system, my doctor was able to do an easy diagnosis and send me a prescription via their online service within 24 hours of me sending in a message. Saved me a trip and time off work! Overall really enjoy this practice“

As soon as she entered the room, we were put to ease. Ms. Milburn is a very caring, kind and empathetic woman. She gave us quite a bit of information regarding my brothers condition and what we could expect in the future. All of our questions were answered and it was obvious that she is very knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone who is searching for a primary care giver to see Ms. Milburn.“

The whole experience was great the girls at the front were fast the check in process easy the nurse was easy to talk to the NP I seen was the nicest person listened to all of my concerns treated each one as important as I feel they are which usually doctors tend to dismiss your concerns these days and never once did I feel like my worries were silly and then the lady that took my blood was amazing as well my appointment was at 2pm and I was done and heading home by 3:30pm which is pretty good being this wasy 1st appointment so I had all that paperwork and blood work anyways Im absolutely impressed ?“
