“Went into the HVAC hurtbox when my 21 yr old Lennox compressor gave up the ghost in 90+ temps. Was referred to A-Team by local property manager. Jeff arrived next day and attempted to revive the patient to no avail. Reviewed replacement options which included recommendations. Received quote same day- Thursday and had new Trane system installed and running the following Monday. Install crew weathered heat, rain and humidity. Didn’t flinch and performed a top notch installation. Highly recommend the A-Team and expect to use them again in the future!“

“We have worked with Davenport to take care of AC/Furnace in both houses we have lived in since we moved to Lee's Summit 26 years ago. I trust Mark and his team and from my experience believe they are always looking out for my best interest. Most recently, we had the furnace replaced to match an AC unit that was installed by another company under a home warranty plan. It turned out that a little more work was needed due to the poor work of the company that installed the AC. Davenport talked me through it all, showed me pictures of the problem, and worked with me on the cost of the additional repairs. The team that installed the new unit (Zach and Matt) showed up on time , and were professional and courteous of me as I worked from home. “Our A/C unit went out on Sunday, and I contacted Kamal Ouneche with NEXTGEN to come out and give us an estimate. He came by Monday morning and, before he looked at anything, asked what we wanted to have done. He listened to what I was looking for, then looked at our system. He asked great questions and gave me options, but never tried to upsell me or push anything. Incredibly, he and his crew came in Tuesday morning, took out, and replaced both our furnace and A/C unit. They were so friendly, and they made sure everything was cleaned up and looking better than before they started. I would definitely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.“

“I reached out to affordable heating and cooling, And talked with Dillion. He was very quick, Very knowledgeable, And gave me the facts. After I received the estimate, I looked it over and decided after a bit of research to proceed.

They sent out their manager, Isaac, Once again wonderful, Answered any and all of my questions that I had, Looked over this site to make sure they had exactly what they needed.

Next step was installed, AJ and Parker- Both were tremendously efficient, Very tidy, And pleasant to work with. At the end of the install, they both walked me through my new heating and cooling unit, They took all the debris with them, Hand handed me my paperwork and filled out my warranty information.

The lady who called me to tell me he was on his way "if that was okay" called after the scheduled arrival time, and she didn't apologize that he was running late. Not a big deal, but I would have expected an apology which I did get when the technician arrived.“
