“Environmental Systems HVAC has always been my go to company for repair, service, etc on our old HVAC system. Recently, we had tornado damage and the insurance company did not want to cover the damage. Shaun, the owner of Environmental Systems, came out pretty quick after we called, and made a video showing the coolant leak on the condenser was from a large limb hitting the condenser outside. Through some challenging conversations with the insurance company, they saw that the Environmental Systems quote was reasonable to replace our HVAC unit which was over 20 years old.
This company went over and beyond answering my questions and making the install look professional. Especially like they fixed a ceiling hole from the previous HVAC install and replaced some ceiling vent cover screws to match the color of our vent covers. The replacement of the Furnace and AC were all done in one day. Thanks again. I am very pleased with your honesty and work ethic. I will continue to use you going forward.”
