Cannot possibly recommend Hickman Heating and Air highly enough. I truly mean that.Our furnace quit on a Saturday night. John from Hickman was there Sunday morning! It was an easy fix and we had heat for our daughter's birthday later that day.But before he left we talked about it and decided to replace our 23-year-old furnace with a bigger, brand new unit. And they did it that Wednesday! (And he folded the Sunday repair into the cost!) There's been no looking back, what with our more powerful, more efficient and economical unit and new programmable thermostat. Our old furnace just wasn't cutting it, and we didn't realize it. My furnace stopped working one February weekend. I called Hickman/Home Comfort Heating and Cooling that Monday morning and John Field came out to diagnose the problem within a couple of hours. I had a 26 year old system that I knew was at the end of its life. After discussing all my options, it made sense to get a new furnace and AC. John also helped me apply for financing and figure out a plan that worked best for me. The next day, John’s crew came out and installed both new units. John is not only a professional, but also very honest in his work. If you are looking for somebody who will perform the necessary work without trying to upsell or upcharge for additional items, then this is the HVAC company for you. Pricing is also fair and reasonable.
