Our A/C unit went out on Sunday, and I contacted Kamal Ouneche with NEXTGEN to come out and give us an estimate. He came by Monday morning and, before he looked at anything, asked what we wanted to have done. He listened to what I was looking for, then looked at our system. He asked great questions and gave me options, but never tried to upsell me or push anything. Incredibly, he and his crew came in Tuesday morning, took out, and replaced both our furnace and A/C unit. They were so friendly, and they made sure everything was cleaned up and looking better than before they started. I would definitely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
