If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!!! Kamal fixed the ac, helped us get a new thermostat since ours was broken, educated us on filters, taught us how to work the thermostat, and even went so far as to lock the back door for us!!!!!!! What an amazing man! Hard worker!
He was very fast and punctual and very nice and polite and respectful and he made sure everything worked fine before he left and cleaned up after himself, and I will use him again in the future and the reason for four stars is because five stars nobody’s perfect
The tech was very nice, and we are very happy he got things worked out. However, he did have to come to our house 5 separate days which was a struggle with our schedules at work to accommodate. We did realize that had he found the direct cause of the issue on the first day during the assessment, the process would have likely been cut in half if not less. He was nice enough to work with the home warranty company, which we realize was probably frustrating, as it has been for us.
