“My most recent appointment was just a maintenance visit to check our furnace. The technician was great, but he was about an hour late which was a little inconvenient - thus the 4 stars. The lady who called me to tell me he was on his way "if that was okay" called after the scheduled arrival time, and she didn't apologize that he was running late. Not a big deal, but I would have expected an apology which I did get when the technician arrived.“
