I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Arbor Masters. I had a 40 Ft. Spruce tree that was leaning against my house after the recent windstorms. From the Arborist who assessed the tree and provided the proposal to the crews that removed the tree and ground the stump, everything was done in a professional, safe and efficient manner while taking great care to protect my property. I also felt that the cost for the work was fair and reasonable, given the size and location of this tree. I am so thankful we had Arbor Masters come out to assess our tree's health. Cam was friendly, information and professional. We would definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them in the future for all our tree-related neds!
All of your employees did a great job - knowledgeable, fun, communicate well. The down side was the equipment which died at my house and did not return to finish the job for 2 weeks. So between 2 trees taken out and 1 stump removed it was probably over 1 month time frame. You only had one woman out to grind the stump and she could not speak or understand english - she worked very hard, but not as clean of a job as with 2 people. I still have a large hole to fill and a raised ridge circling the area. Maybe this is always the way it ends up ?
