I have a loft Condo in the River Market and had them come in and do what was called a specialty job. I need the utility room door widened in order to get the old Hot water tank out and a new one in. The AC air handler unit was in the way and there was no way to get the proper access. The wall was an interior wall and had metal framing. Thus the specialty work (146 yr old building, no square corners and the metal framing). The guys that the office sent out were absolutely fantastic. I literally could not be happier with the initial contacts and conversations and then later the actual workmanship.
Stag Homes is amazing! From start to finish, I had the best experience. They use an app for project management and it holds everything in one place - design plans, easy communication tool, bid and invoice access. I needed railing and balusters installed and they made it so simple - I just sent a picture of the style I wanted and they took care of everything, from measuring and ordering to layout and design, and they took extra care to protect the rest of my home interior. I was worried my project need was small and may be forgotten, but my experience was the complete opposite. Sandy kept me informed from start to finish. I will absolutely use Stag Homes again in the future!
They have been great to work with! They were able to get my project scheduled right away, they did an amazing job, and were reasonably priced. They have also been great with communication and have been able to refer me to other great professionals I needed for other projects.
