Customers share great experiences with the business. One customer had a roof and gutters replaced in 2023 and said the team did a fantastic job and highly recommends their services. Another customer, a retired insurance adjuster who was sure there was no damage, was convinced to let the team look, and the insurance company adjuster confirmed the damages. A full replacement due to hail damage was a great experience, with the roof material being an upgrade from the original, no issues after installation, and cleanup done right. The whole experience was wonderful and extremely impressive, with the team playing mediator between the customer and the insurance company. One team member evaluated the problem and came up with the best solution without trying to talk the customer into replacing most of the roof as another company had done. His honesty immediately gained trust. He replaced a skylight and did routine roof maintenance at more than fair prices. The customer has since had Restore Roofing replace the whole roof due to hail damage, with the team member working with the insurance company and the customer only paying the deductible. The customer also did an upgrade on gutters and had some trim replaced because of wind damage. The customer has used them a lot over the years and they did an amazing job every time.
I'm beyond pleased with the work Restore Roofing did. They were professional, timely and responsive to my roof replacement and went above and beyond to ensure a unique gutter downspout bend ended up being absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.
Troy and his team are great. I turned away about a dozen door knocks or phone calls. As a retired insurance adjuster, I was sure we had no damage. He convinced me to let him look, since so many damaged near me. Turns out he was right and insurance company adjuster confirmed the damages.
It was a great experience. We needed a full replacement due to hail damage. The roof material was an upgrade from the original. No issues after the installation and the cleanup was done right.
