We had a last minute issue come up for our Guinea pig. It was potentially a week out for an appointment so they gave me other phone numbers to try, but when I couldn’t get another appointment anywhere else last minute, they were able to squeeze us in for a drop off the same day. The lovely receptionist was so kind and ready to help and genuinely cares. The doctor was so nice and though we don’t know what exactly caused my pigs issues she was ready to continue to treat and try to help him out as best as she could. Our experience with the staff and doctors at Monticello Animal Hospital has always been top-notch. They have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They are our number one choice. If you are looking for a vet who cares about your furry family member, this is your place. We have never had a bad experience at this office.

We lost our dog unexpectedly after recently moving to the area. In our darkest time we found Monticello Animal Hospital because it was close to our new house. We are so grateful for the compassion and thoughtfulness we were shown. It really shows how wonderful the staff is to give such comfort to strangers. We are thankful to have had the experience in such awful circumstances.
