Andy gave great customer service. This is my first encounter with Cobb and I am truly pleased with the way he kept me informed the entire service call. Looking forward to working with him again.
Andy Pool arrived to fix our refrigerator at work CMK after we came in and found it not cooling on Monday morning. He was fast and very nice to work with. I would recommend this company and Andy Pool to give great customer service. Thanks Andy! You made my day much easier!
Well I called asked for a tech to come out at first they said in the afternoon i explained my situation and 20 min later someone was here WOW for customer service. the tech informed me of the problem and the repair job is underway THANK YOU COBB
