I highly recommend KC Jetting for any plumbing needs! Kyle and his crew were very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, prompt and kind! They efficiently diagnosed and fixed a cracked pipe, removed roots and added two clean outs for easier access in the future. I’m very thankful for their amazing work!
I don't think I can put how much we appreciate Kyle and KC Jetting into words, but I'll try! After calling a national company to try and fix what we thought was a small plumbing issue, they overcharged us and left us in worse shape - so my husband found Kyle and called him to try hyrdojetting our line. Kyle arrived on time, was so friendly and professional, provided us with his honest opinion, and kept our best interests in mind the entire way. We ended up needing a lot more work than we initially thought, and Kyle seemed actually bummed for us that the job was going to be more expensive, instead of happy that it was more work and money for his company - he is just a nice, intelligent, and ethical guy who cares about homeowners and wants to treat people well. He was out the very next morning to fix our issues, and worked with his crew for about 10 hours straight until our house and all our appliances were back to working condition! When I asked him questions about the work he was doing, he clearly explained and I learned a lot from him. He was cheerful, friendly, and kind the entire time he was here. I will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs.
