Polestar came to the rescue! We called about a no heat situation which caused us to have frozen water lines. They told us their technicians were working around the clock due to the freezing temperatures that Kansas City has been experiencing. They showed up at our home around 3am and had our heat back on and the water running in a couple of hours. This company has helped our family many times and they have been there for our relatives and friends in the past as well. I cannot say enough good things about them.
