“Competent ,knowledge but pricey. Tech was late to the appointment and had to come next day to finish the job. They charged three separate fees, service call fee, labor fee and diagnosis fee, which was little confusing. Their refrigerant rate was more than double then a competitor ( $ 210 per lbs for R-410) which substantially increased the cost of repair. The tech was knowledgeable and diagnose the issue/leak in evaporator coil, however would get second estimate from competitor to ensure being offered a fair price.“

The technicians are always polite and professional, which is important because my family is typically at the house at the same time. When I realized my mistake, I called him to apologize. “Responsive, dependable, professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST.I was burned by two previous services, the last of which, Bob Hamilton, attempted to defraud me. The technician showed me a video she said she took of the inside of our furnace, that it was severely rusted and presented a grave danger of gas leaking or worse. Said they would send someone out to give an estimate of the cost of replacing and then shut off the gas. DT Mechanical was recommended and Mike came immediately the next day. He showed there was no rust and that the furnace was operating properly. Hamilton’s response was to send a supervisor to look at it, seemed to think the furnace was okay when in my house, but their report was their technician was correct. I had to threaten to report the company to the authorities before they would even let me out of the contract.I just had a requirement to disconnect the compressor for re-grading next to my house. Toni at DT was so very understanding and arranged for Wally to disconnect in the morning and re-connect late that afternoon in order that we not be without air conditioning on a 90 degree day.I give them the highest recommendation.“
