They invested a solid eight hours in this project today, replacing a 35-year-old unit that definitely put in its life's worth of work. This is the second replacement HVAC system Chris Highfill has orchestrated in my nearly 100 year old College Hill home. This old casa needs two big zoned units to keep everybody comfy. The new Trane system is huge, efficient and is right as rain. I couldn't be happier. Shout out to the Frederick crew who had to navigate two floors of steep staircases while taking out the old and putting in the new. Chris' guys are incredibly skilled and great to deal with.“

“I had a large plumbing and HVAC job on a very old house. Called Carl and he quickly scheduled an appointment. On the HVAC, he had to order equipment. As soon as it arrived he was able to install the HVAC and then came back for the plumbing. Unfortunately, as with an old house and previous owner repairs, he ran into some problems, but was able to make the repairs. Carl is very responsive and kept me updated on all issues and cost. He is professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend him.“

They've helped me out with ruptured pipes in our crawl space with over 25,000 gallons floating under or house, replacing outdoor faucets, repairing a clogged washer drain, and more recently after hour repairs of a leak in our attic. They've handled all projects with great experience and showed up on time as promised every time. I've worked with several different plumbers under the Carr brand and they have all been nothing but phenomenal. I would highly recommend them for any project big or small.“

“We had troubles with 3 bathrooms and he came out and fixed us up quickly and a comparatively great price. Another company wanted to rip and replace hardware to fix 2 of the bathrooms, or to even begin investigating the problem, but the gentlemen from Aaron’s got those 2 fixed up with a quick twist of the wrench, special keys, and a replacement shower head. He also made quick work of the shower valve I broke and offered some sage advice in a friendly manner. Greatly appreciated.“
