I had the unfortunate experience of having my hot water tank go out on me. I went to Home Depot and purchased one for this company to pickup and install. Although Home Depot didn't have there act together this company very much did and I am so grateful. From the time of calling for the appointment to the complete install this company went above and beyond what I consider super excellent customer service. Doris my hero was the very nice and professional lady who organized , answered every question, and went beyond caring for there customer to make sure everything went smoothly. My mother used them for a water line leak they were having in the basement. Able to come out the same day. They were great with communication. The issue was explained, an estimate was given, and they started with right away. Highly recommend!

trying to sell my house. lo & behold - bathtub is leaking down in to basement. gotta love old houses and just when a contract is pending on it! I called Frederick who I have used a few times b4. They couldn't come out for 8 days! What? I sat on that thinking it should be ok I guess since I can wash up in the other half bath. But still. I called Plumbco 2 days later because I didn't think it was right to wait that long! They had Scott come out within 90 minutes after I called! He saw the problem immediately and fixed exactly what needed to be done w/o having to replace all of the old piping but install new piping and connectors.
