“I had Adam and Justin at my home. Had a leak related to my washer drain. It was snaked one morning. I came home from work did a load of laundry and it was still leaking. They came back the next morning and had to do some plumbing rework. I was charged 2 service calls and that would be the only reason I did not give 5 stars. My thought? It was alllll the same issue. I could same more however in speaking with the office 50% was knocked off and I paid in full. I did not feel I should be charged for a second service call re: same issue. I will end in positivity: Adam and Justin were a great crew. They cleaned up after themselves. Were respectful. Also, resolved a shower plumbing issue for me 2 days later, at my request. Loved the result of their shower work!!!! I was referred by a friend to use Brand Plumbing. Would I use them again? Sure! They were prompt, on time, easy to schedule with my crazy work hours....I would definitely recommend.“

“We had called on Friday about getting our main line cleaned because of roots, and they worked with us on setting up an appointment revolving around our pay day, which was Tuesday. We had requested an appointment after 4pm, due to work, and we were told that they would try to get a technician out on Tuesday night, but due to staffing, it may have been pushed to Wednesday.
We were ok with either, and really appreciated the honesty.
Come Tuesday, just before 4pm, and I get a call telling me that a technician is on the way.
Chris, the technician that Roto Rooter sent out, was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing along the way. Didn't try to sell me things we didn't need, just cleaned our main line, tested it and cleaned up after himself.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and would highly recommend.“

“Grant, the technician was great and responsive! I installed a new thermostat and it was working. A wire came loose and was charged $500 to replace with a new thermostat that I had. It was Saturday, after hours so I really appreciate the responsiveness! It still seems a little pricey to me, but happy to have it resolved.“
