Sooter actually answered when we called and were so willing to come out and help us. Before our tech, Skyler arrived, I got a text giving me a heads up he was on his way and included his picture so we knew exactly who would be coming to our home. He truly might be the most educated plumbing man we have ever met. He resolved numerous issues in our house just by talking with us and determining the issue with our water heater, he had to order parts from Navien which was a nightmare. He called and kept in touch ensuring we were updated with tracking numbers and sales rep information. We are now on a maintenance schedule with Sooter and we are so very grateful for their kindness and willingness to help, even though we were out of their normal range. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone for anything.“
