Ben Franklin Plumbing really is the best. The Technician, Gus, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

We had our annual maintenance done on our hot water tank and the turnaround time from when I called to when it was scheduled was remarkably quick. The service was excellent from when I called to schedule to when Chris arrived. Chris was awesome and so very helpful and very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed his visit and he was great with our big German Shepherd who just loved him. He was very kind and did a wonderful job. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. Great service and staff!

Garret was excellent—super knowledgeable and also understanding, as I’d started replacing my disposal, had some issues and questions, so called in “back up” with Ben Franklin. Garret was just a delightful young man—even asked me about my fishing pictures all over the house. Excellent example of what Ben Franklin is to us—he was helpful, knowledgeable, and an excellent representative of a great company we can count on every time!
