Brittany came out today to service our hvac. She was very impressive. She explained everything she was doing, even helped me learn how to more efficienctly use our thermostat to manage our heating and air conditioning. Outstanding employee in every sense of the word. 5 stars!

So impressed with their service. The technician was able to find the issue that kept blowing my fuse that 2 other companies had not. The part was not in stock, but got here within 4 days. So grateful for them.

Fahnestock has been a company I have used in the past at work. I now got the chance to use their services at home. Nick was very courteous and efficient. He got our heat pump back up online quickly and took the time to explain what he did.The dispatcher did a good job of keeping us informed on the timelines. Much appreciated.
