“Once again, I had a super experience with Chris, general manager, My Eye Dic, Westfield office. I stopped by the office to have my glasses inspected, they seem cockeyed, reason for issue unknown. Chris, upon my entering the office, caught my eye and greeted me with a warmly welcoming smile. He looked at my glasses, and he then asked me to step to a nearby mirror. He showed me how the curvature of the temple started prematurely. I understood, and Chris proceeded to adjust the curve. I put on the adjusted glasses which now were a perfect fit. The process took 5 to 10 minutes, at most. My experience with Chris was a delight. In conclusion was Chris’s offer of future help, if needed. What a great experience.”
